Chef Turner's 25 year career is extensive and wide ranging. Growing up on the South Carolina coast, Chef Turner was exposed to various techniques and complex flavor profiles. Through extensive travel and by working under high profile chefs Mr. Turner honed his craft into the art form it has become. 

Chef WilliamTurner strongly believes every meal should be an event and engaging entertainment is key. This is one of the factors contributing to his decision to only preform small private parties. (May perform larger parties upon special request! )
